That fact kicked in though as I contemplated how to go about finding the wayward man. So I looked over at my
own man both for comfort and because I wanted to ask him if he had any ideas about how to be a Christmas-detective. He has
after all played such a critter - a detective, I mean - a couple of times *o* ... that is; the real life Johnny Depp has
- but my sweetie knows about it too then *O* 'My man' was smiling though by now. And though I so love to see that I still
wanted to know why he did so - I'm born curious and never cured, I guess - so I followed his gaze and saw Jack and Bon Bon
coming towards us through the crowd that had by now gathered in the Snake Pit. Bon Bon was holding firmly on to Jack's
arm. But whether that was to keep 'her' own balance on the high heels 'she' was staggering on or it was to keep our silly
pirate friend going relatively straight I don't know. They did finally manage to come over to our table and said "Hello"
with Bon Bon dumping her buccaneer pretty unceremoniously on a chair before coming around and kissing the rest of us on the
cheek. Jack looked over at Hannibal and said "Hi, man - turn that thrown upside down, will you. What's the matter?" While
Johnny helped Hannibal explain I looked at Jack's left shoulder. Then reached over and borrowed Johnny's glasses without even
asking in order to be able to see better. And saw I was quite right. Tinkerbell sat proudly on the pirate captain's shoulder
with a firm grip in his hair so as not to fall off as he moved.
Yes, the little fairy sat on Jack's shoulder. ... only - don't call her little to her face or she will in
no uncertain terms tell you where to get off. And believe you me she might be litt - smaller than me - but that doesn't
stop her from having a swear vocabulary the size of a fully grown red dragon. Very inventive woman - eh, female fairy - our
Tink *O* I smiled at her and then suddenly fell a warm hand remove my glasses - his glasses - with a little smile and a
"Here's your own, pet" And they were. In my lap snuggly in the casing where they spend most of their 'life' because I am too
lazy to wear them. It's easier borrowing Johnny's *O* Jack grinned and said "Still borrowing, my dear kender?" But I
didn't want to let him get away with that so ask what Peter Pan thought of him having borrowed his fairy friend? Wrong question
... Tinker Bell was in the air at once telling me very rightly so that if she chose to hang out with Jack instead of Peter
that was her decision! Basta! "Easy, girlie. Easy" mumbled Bon Bon while reaching up and cautiously grapping Tinker Bell
with a couple of fingers around her waist and placing her back on Jack's shoulder "Meepsie just wanted to teased Jack back
- they teases each other a lot, those two. But you do have a point ... Hannibal! Why are you so sure young Ms Whitz has 'run
off' with your Boss Man. He's a grown man so I assume he has had quite a lot to do with the things that has happened. I mean
he isn't a kid being kidnapped, right?" Hannibal didn't quite know what to answer to that. But Tinker Bell - looking
a bit embarrassed now since she really is a nice fairy at heart - piped up "No, he isn't, BB! I saw them myself at the Dancing
Dragons disco last night - before I met you, Jack at the pub - and Mr. Claus apparently did enjoy himself very much. Was dancing
around with some young women - Jordana too. Although to look at the very red face you could see above his beard he ought to
slow down so as not to get a heart attack" "She'll get him killed too, that little ..." Hannibal wailed. ... could you
wait hearing more about this until next page though? Johnny like me to come help him with something in
the stable - I think Gunpowder has hid the brushes again ... The good horsy doesn't want to be bothered with looking nice
after he has retired *o* Even claims with a naughty grin that Johnny doesn't brush his hair much so why should horses *O*
